We had lunch at the local drug store that had an old time soda fountain. We sat in the window and watched people going by.
After lunch we rode the Trolley around historic Bardsville. We saw the Civil War Museum and My Old Kentucky Home and many lovely old homes dating to the 1770's.
After the trolley tour we went to Heaven Hill Distillery and took the tour there. It was very interesting and informative. The tour ended in their "barrel room" for a tasting of 2 of their single barrel bourbons, a 10 year old and an 18 year old.
